Personally, I don’t like wine, but when I open some to use it in a recipe, I don’t want it to go to waste, so I’ve decided that I like sangria!

1 bottle red wine

1 c. orange juice

1 lime cut into slices (discard ends) and/or 1 orange cut into slices

1 c. seltzer

1/4 c. simple syrup or agave syrup

2 Tbs. port

Mix together.  Chill. Serve over ice.

I’m warning you now, this is REALLY strong stuff.

1/2 c. coconut milk

1/2 c. rice milk

1 1/2 c. sweetened condensed coconut milk

1 1/2 c. vodka (I use Luksusowa, made from potatoes)

1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur

1 Tbs. cocoa powder

tiny pinch of salt

2 Tbs. maple syrup

1 1/2 oz. corn-free vanilla

1 1/2 oz. corn-free almond extract

Whisk everything together. I’m not sure how long it stays good, since we had a party the next night….
