Growing up, my parents used to take me to a little restaurant in Danbury, called The Goulash Place. Wonderful Hungarian food. This is an ode to them.

1 1/2 lb. pork, cubed

1 medium onion, minced

1/4 c. bacon grease

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 Tbs. paprika

1/2 tsp. sea salt

3 Tbs. sorghum flour

2 c. water

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low 8-10 hours. Serve over rice.
