Cooking with food intolerances

I like this on chicken and vegetables on skewers on the barbecue. But you can use it in any teriyaki recipe. Great on stir fries.

1/4 c. molasses

1/4 c. orange juice

1/4 c. canola oil

2 Tbs. sherry or port

1 tsp. ground ginger

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp. sea salt

Mix all together. Marinate meat for an hour before grilling (especially good on bacon-wrapped scallops) or stir-frying  vegetables and/or meat.
