2 medium tomatoes, chopped

1/2 sweet pepper, chopped

1/3 c. minced red onion

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

2 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. oregano

1 tsp. parsley

1 jalapeno pepper, finely minced

Combine. Mix well. Chill for at least 2 hours to blend flavors.
