Cooking with food intolerances

I like this as a dip for veggies. It’s also good as a salad dressing, if you want to thin it out a little with some rice or almond milk.

10 oz. coconut milk yogurt

1 Tbs. dillweed

1/2 Tbs. minced onion

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. black pepper

Combine. Chill for a couple of hours to blend flavors.
