4 c. brown sugar

4 c. water

2 c. safe vodka (I use Luksusowa, made from potatoes)

1 vanilla bean, split

1/2 c. coffee beans, medium ground (I use decaffeinated beans)

Boil water and brown sugar together. Cool. Add all other ingredients. Store for 3-4 weeks, shaking every day. Strain out vanilla and coffee beans. Keep in airtight container. I’ve been using this batch for 6 months so it lasts quite a while.
