I don’t use this very much, but I wanted to figure it out for fudge…

2 14-oz. cans of Coconut Milk

1/2 c. sugar

Combine and cook over low heat until it reduces in volume by half.

    I’ve tried this before! So good for grain and dairy free caramel slice my husband LOVES!! pity last time I made it I sat with a block of darkest dairy free chocolate and scooped the caramel on top of broken bits of chocolate and ate them! mmmm
